Hell Healthy Idli Platter


Health food ,health food on the go, everyone wants to stay fit and glow glow glow!!!
So do as you please with this idli platter. Oh yeah all natural colored idli directly from the south to make yourself full with this hell healthy idli platter.
Name the nutrition and it has them all. Try it asap coz then I’ll enlighten you people with lots of other healthy yet tasty and of course Stunning dishes!!


You all are aware of making idli’s at home. Here just giving it a twist to the batter.

The green one – Add spinach puree to the batter and the rest is the same procedure you follow to make idli.
Spinach Puree – Blanch the spinach and blend it to get the puree

The pink one – Add beetroot juice to it.
Juice -  Churn the beetroot with a little bit of water say 1 beetroot and 1 table spoon water ,later strain it and the juice is ready. (Don’t add too much water coz the consistency of batter will be affected

The yellow one – Add a pinch of (Turmeric) Haldi to it. That’s it

The taste surely changes so does the look.

Now I served it with Gun powder or South Indian Chutney as they call it. It enhances the flavor and adds  a uniqueness to the regular coconut chutney. If you want to know how to make Gun Powder contact me.
Garnishing – How much difference does it make when you serve it authentically. Refer to the picture.
All you’ve to do is get some banana leaves and give it a shape. Lil effort huge outcome!!

Eat as many from the Platter guys coz no fat intact!!
